This Agua de Sandia is the perfect drink for an end-of-Summer party or just to serve alongside your favorite Mexican meal. It is so very refreshing and more than that, super easy to make!

What you will need: A blender, 2 cups of watermelon chunks (preferably seedless), 2 cups cold water, Truvia (optional) |

Step 1) Pour watermelon chunks in blender one cup at a time. |

Step 2) Slowly add in the two cups of water. |

Lastly, taste your drink for sweetness. If you think it needs a little more, I recommend adding some Truvia (or you can use any type of natural or artificial sweetener you prefer) I only added 1 tiny espresso spoonful of Truvia. The watermelon was so naturally sweet it really didn't need much. Chill for about 30 minutes to a good hour and enjoy! *I recommend drinking this with some asada or chicken tacos. Yummy!
*Side Note* If you have Popsicle molds, pour this mixture into the molds and freeze for 3 hours for the most delicious watermelon Popsicle ever! |
